When will my order ship?
I ship 3-5 days after the item is purchased. If you need something rushed email me before purchasing.
What happens if my piece is lost, stolen or broken in the mail?
Please contact me immediately. Typically I will either refund or remake the item as fast as possible, and deal with the USPS myself. If the package shows delivered to correct address, there is nothing I or USPS can do unfortunately.
How do I take care of my stained glass piece?
Remember that you are wearing glass. The pieces I make are strong but you must treat it like a treasure. I cannot not refund or replace glass that breaks after shipment and not in the mail. Do not use any chemicals or tap water to clean your stained glass piece. All pieces have been wax polished and cleaned before shipment. Acquired fingerprints can be wiped off with a clean, dry cotton cloth.
What about returns?
Unfortunately I do not accept returns unless piece is received broken.
